Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your pieces, but if something doesn’t work out, here’s how returns and exchanges work.
Return window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and custom reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or personalized pieces

Gift cards

Items marked as “Final Sale” or bought during special promotions (unless they arrived damaged or defective)
Refunds – store credit only

Approved returns are refunded as store credit in the form of a digital credit or gift card you can use on a future purchase.

We do not offer cash refunds to the original payment method, except where required by law.

Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs

For returns due to change of mind (wrong size, don’t like it, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no additional cost.
How to start a return

Email us at contact@magnoliasdr.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

We’ll confirm if your order is eligible and send you instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll issue your store credit within [3–7] business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help you quickly.
