Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Final Sale Items

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If your item is eligible, we can offer an exchange within 14 days (subject to availability). Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (48 hours)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to damage/defect or an error on our side.
