Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing/stock errors. Payments must be made using the approved payment methods shown at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and other events outside our control may occur. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available).

If tracking shows Delivered but the package is not received, please follow the carrier’s procedures and contact us for assistance. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will support you with next steps and available claims where applicable.

Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale

Final Sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.

For eligible items, the return window is 14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.

Damages & Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

All designs, product names, images, and content on this site are the property of Magnolias Statement Pieces and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays and losses beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the item(s) in that order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that may apply under mandatory local laws.
