We usually ship orders the same day or next business day, depending on when your order is placed. Please note that our shipping agency is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on Mondays will be shipped on the next available business/shipping day.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive your UPS tracking number by email.

Dominican Republic orders ship locally, with timing depending on destination and courier availability. Ships locally within the Dominican Republic

• For Santo Domingo: local delivery
• Outside Santo Domingo: MetroPack or Caribe Tours, to pick up.
